Cottonwood Amenities
GolfOur golf course is a challenging 9 hole par-3 course. As a member of the Homeowners Association, you have unlimited golf privileges. Nineteen leagues play the course during the Winter Season. Course renovations are planned during the spring of 2008.
BallroomThe Homeowners Association uses the Ballroom for weekly coffees, monthly dinners, and many seasonal events! The Ballroom is also available for you to reserve and rent out for private parties.
ShuffleboardWhether you are an expert or a beginner, you will enjoy the friendly competition playing Shuffle Board!
LibraryOpen 10am to 5pm daily. The Library is stocked with books to enjoy at your leisure. Check the books out and if you are willing, donate your books for others to enjoy.
Heated PoolSwim at your leisure in our extra large heated pool or join our Water Aerobics Class! Also enjoy the hot tub 24 / 7...!
KitchenThe Main Building has a Large Kitchen used by the Homeowners Association to prepare those special meals for the monthly dinners. The Kitchen is located off of the Ballroom and can also be rented for private parties.
JacuzziJacuzzi and hot tubs ... water that soothes you.
TennisOpen 8am to 8pm daily. Be sure to practice your serve and join us on the Courts!
Cottonwood Front Gate & SecurityCottonwood XXI has two security gates. The Main Gate is manned from 7 AM to 5 PM daily. The second gate is operated by remote control. After hours, both gates operate by remote control. Each resident has a private code which allows them to operate the gate from their home and allow guests to visit after hours.
Dry SaunaThe pinewood Dry Sauna is waiting for you to enjoy. Use it to loosen up those muscles after your game of golf!
Pro ShopOpen Tuesday through Saturday 11am to 5pm. Great place to get pointers on your game and to purchase that "must have" putter!
Exercise RoomThe Cottonwood exercise room and equipment are available 24 / 7 ...! Just another great amenity that is yours when you live an "active life style" at Cottonwood Country Club.
