Golf Our golf course is a challenging 9 hole par-3 course. As a resident you have unlimited golf privileges. Nineteen leagues play the course during the Winter Season. Course renovations are                                                    planned during the spring of 2009.

Ballroom Residents use the Ballroom for weekly coffees, monthly dinners, and many seasonal events! The Ballroom is also available for you to reserve and rent out for private parties.

Shuffle Board Whether you are an expert or a beginner, you will enjoy the friendly competition playing Shuffle Board!

Library Open 8:00am. to 5:00pm. daily. The library is stocked with books to enjoy at your leisure. Check the books out and if you are willing, donate your books for others to enjoy.

Heated Pool & Jacuzzy Swim at your leisure in our extra large heated pool or join our Water Aerobics Class! Also enjoy the hot tub 24 / 7...!

Kitchen The main building has a large kitchen used by residents to prepare those special meals for the monthly dinners. The kitchen is located off the ballroom and can be rented for private parties.

Tennis Courts Two tennis courts abailable daily.

Doors The Front Door of each model has been chosen carefully to reflect the personality of the particular home. Much thought was also given to the selection of the interior doors. Several options are available ranging from traditional panels to beaded board design. Future ADA needs are incorporated in the designs. Door widths are selected to allow for wheelchair access.
